What products do you offer?
We offer electrical supplies ranging from switches and sockets for at home use through industrial automation components. We have a limited mechanical parts offering and do not carry many consumables. Electrical is our focus.
What products do you not offer?
We do not sell mechanical parts such as bearings or consumables for mechanical components such as lubricants.
How do I find products on your website?
We have a search bar on the top of every webpage. The search takes part numbers, makes, brands and other keywords. If you are looking for a particular brand, please visit our line card. We have categorized our products in a browsable tree found on the left side of the product pages. Within browsing and searching, you may encounter options to refine your search based on product parameters. All products are accessible using the search bar and our most commonly searched products are also located in our product tree.
Where do I find technical data and datasheets?
Some of our products are shown with technical data. When available, we link to a manufacturer's website with data. Technical data can also often be found through a search on Google. If you require technical spec sheets for an order, please ask us and we'll try to source them for you.
Can you help me find the correct product?
Yes, we can. Please send us an email with details on firstname.lastname@example.org. You can check our line card to see if we offer a certain brand or make before emailing.
Are your products new or refurbished?
All our products are new. We do not sell used or refurbished units.
Can I receive a discount?
Many products on our site are already discounted. We do offer additional discounts for customers ordering in large quantities. If you have an order over a few €1000 then please do not hesitate to contact us for adjusted pricing.
Do your prices include VAT?
Our prices do not include VAT (BTW in the Netherlands) as our website is geared towards business to business. We have to charge VAT to all Dutch customers and consumers from the EU. Companies outside the Netherlands and individuals outside of the EU can order from us without being charged VAT. We ask our EU business clients to provide a VAT number, also called EORI number.
Can I receive a quote from you?
The quickest quotes are the ones you create yourself. You create a quote by adding products to your shopping cart and select send as quote at check out (payment section). We will send you the quote by email. If you would like to order from a quote, please contact us. You can also send us an email with your request for a quote. Please include make and part number if available, quantities and shipping requirements.
Do you have a certain product in stock?
Our current stock levels are available through the website. You will find them at the bottom left of the product pages. Items can be in stock at our central warehouse, at one of our other warehouses or with the manufacturer.
What are the lead times for a particular products?
Lead times are posted with the stock positions levels at the bottom left of the product pages. Delivery times assume overnight shipping with DHL. For remote areas, it may take another one to three days for a package to reach its final destination. Manufacturer lead times are an approximation. In some cases a product will be manufactured on demand. If your lead times are short and critical, please contact us and we can work with the manufacturer and supply partners to obtain a realistic lead time.
Do you require minimum order quantities?
Most of our products can be bought individually. Some, often smaller, products have a minimum order quantity which is shown on the product page.
Do you require a minimum order amount?
No, we do not require a minimum order. For customers in the Netherlands, we charge € 11.50 for shipping and handling on orders smaller than € 100. For larger orders from the Netherlands, we waive the shipping and handling charges. For international orders, we charge a € 19.00 handling fee for orders under € 500.
Do you supply to individuals?
Yes, we serve individual consumers.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept wire transfers, credit card payments through PayPal and PayPal payments. For Dutch customers, we also offer iDEAL online transactions.

What are your payment terms?
We ask our customers to pay in advance. We do not offer net 15, 30 or 45 day payment terms. For large sums, ESCROW is an option.

How can I change an order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can discuss revising your order. A restocking fee may apply for products you no longer need. A restocking fee depends on how common a product is and whether it was especially manufactured for you.

What product warranties do you honour?
We honour manufacturer warranties.
Something is wrong with the products I received. What should I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, preferably within 3 business days of receiving the goods. We will do our best to rectify the situation.
How can I return a product?
Before you return a product, please contact us on email@example.com to discuss. We issue Return IDs. We cannot accept returns without a valid Return ID.
Do you ship to my country?
We likely do. We accept orders from anywhere with the exception of countries that have a Dutch or EU export ban. In some cases, we will decline an order because of exporting and importing complexities. Omnical decides these on a case by case basis.
Where is my order?
When your international order ships we send you a tracking URL. Dutch orders are shipped within a business day and do not have a tracking option. If we need to source your order, we will give you an estimated delivery date and will keep you up to date on any changes.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Products in stock are shipped the same or next business day. Delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg is on the same or next day. For international destinations, expect 2 to 3 business days for shipping once a product leaves our warehouse.
What company do you use for shipping?
We ship with PostNL in the Netherlands and use DHL for international shipping.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg for orders over €100 is free. For orders from the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg under €100, we charge €11.50 for shipping and handling. Shipping fees for other destinations are calculated based on weight and shipping address. Our online shop will calculate shipping fees when product weights are known. If the weights are not known, you can request a quote through the site and we will determine shipping fees manually for you.
Can I use my own shipper?
Yes, products can be picked up by your shipper.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can. If you would like to pick up your order, please let us know so we can make sure it's ready for you.
Do you supply a certificate of origin?
If a certificate of origin is needed, please let us know. We will be glad to arrange for the certificate. There may be additional fees.

Do I need to create an account to order?
Creating an account and ordering online is the easiest and fastest way to place your order but is not necessary. You can also make purchases through traditional e-mail requests for quotes, quotes and Purchase Orders.
